Victor Biak Lian is a prominent Chin leader and human rights advocate from Myanmar. He has been actively involved in promoting peace and reconciliation in Myanmar, particularly in advocating for the rights of ethnic minorities. In recognition of his efforts, he was awarded the Stefanus Prize for Peace in 2010 by the Norwegian Mission to the East. He is also the author of the widely acclaimed book “Remembrance Day”. Victor Biak Lian currently resides in Ottawa, Canada, with his family.
