Pu Mang Hlei Cung, the youngest son of Pu Hram Zam (Tleicia) and Pi Ni Pawng of Sopum, earned a B.A. in History from Kalay University in 2004. Following his Master of Theology in Bible Studies, he pursued further studies at the New International Christian College in Bangalore. Over the years, he has held several key roles, including positions at Mizzima News Agency, editor of Lai Thlizil Cazual (Bangalore) and Thlalang Cazual (Delhi), translator for UNHCR in Delhi, Associate Editor of The Chin Star Online Media Group, and Coordinator at the Chin Refugee Study Center (Community Study Center, Delhi). He now resides in Australia with his family.
